Daily Rate Notes:
RATES - The daily rates are listed
per room, per night based on double occupancy, European Plan
(no meals included). A 6% service charge and 10% Vermont
state rooms tax are applicable to all daily rates. Children 17 and under stay free in the
same room with their parents (adhering to maximum occupancy for
room type). Continental and full breakfast
plans are available; please inquire for current rates.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.

- February 12 - 20, 2010
- December 22, 2010 - January 1, 2011
MINIMUM
STAYS - A two-night minimum stay is required
for summer and winter
weekends and for all dates in the Fall season.
The two-night minimum applies year round for rental of
our Starr and National Apartments, Goat, Liftline, Sterling and
Pinnacle Suites,
and on the Depot Street Townhouses. (A two-night minimum stay applies for arrivals from December 22-25, 2010.) A four-night minimum stay applies for arrivals between December 26, 2010 - January 2, 2011.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION
POLICY - A credit
card is required at the time of booking to guarantee reservations.
If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days
prior to arrival, a fee of one night's room rate and tax
will be charged to the credit card provided. In addition,
guests who depart prior to their scheduled departure date
are subject to a fee equal to one night's room rate and
tax. During the Christmas Holiday, Martin Luther King and
February holiday periods a 50% deposit is required at the
time of booking and a thirty-day cancellation policy applies. If cancellations
occur within thirty days of arrival, the 50% deposit will not
be refunded.
PETS - Regretfully, we no longer accept pets.
