We are a 100% non-smoking hotel.

How much do you charge for high-speed/WiFi internet access?

We offer complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access in all guest rooms and public spaces.

Do you offer room service?

We do not offer room service.

Do you have a business center?

The Green Mountain Inn offers complimentary use of a computer located in the upper lobby of the Main Inn. Print, copy and fax services available at the Reception Desk for a minimal fee.

How do I get to the hotel?

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?

We do not offer free shuttle service. Rental cars and taxi service are available at the airport.

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking?

Yes, we have free onsite parking.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

We accept most credit cards. To confirm your reservation, we require a valid credit card number, expiration date and security code. Pre-payment for your stay will be taken 1 day prior to check-in on the credit card number provided at the time of booking.

Are pets allowed?

Regretfully, we do not accept pets, this includes emotional support and therapy animals.

I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?

What is included in the Resort Fee?

For your convenience, a 6% Resort Fee has been added to your bill. This service charge is shared by all hotel staff who provided services to you during your stay. Dining gratuities are not included. If you prefer to make your own decision regarding gratuity, please instruct the Reception Desk staff to remove the Resort Fee from your bill.

Is there a place to charge my electric car?

Yes, we have an electric car charging station. They are available on a first come - first served basis.

Do you have onsite laundry/valet service?

We do not have laundry/valet service, laundry services are available off-site for an additional fee.

Do you offer babysitting services?

We do not offer babysitting services. We will be happy to forward a babysitting list that is developed by the Stowe Area Association, our local chamber.

Will the hotel receive and hold packages for guests?

We are happy to receive luggage at the Inn (including skis) for your upcoming stay. Please notify the Green Mountain Inn Reservation Department by phone at 802-253-7301 or via E-mail at info@gminn.com that you are shipping luggage.

Do you have an elevator? Can all rooms be accessed by elevator?

We do have an elevator located in the Main Inn. Not all rooms can be accessed by this elevator.

What is your address?

Our street address is 18 Main Street, Stowe, Vermont 05672. Our mailing address is P. O. Box 60, Stowe, VT 05672. Shipping address for luggage and skis is Attn: Arriving Guest John Doe, 37 Depot Street, Stowe, VT 05672.

Is there a place nearby to ride snow mobiles?

Yes, Stowe Snowmobile Tours has tours that are customized to your ability level and desires. Visit www.stowesnowmobiletours.com for additional information.

Is breakfast included in your rates?

Our daily rates do not include breakfast. We do offer several packages that include breakfast.

Do you offer transportation to the various activities such as skiing, snowboarding, hiking trails?

There is a complimentary shuttle service to and from the ski area. This shuttle service is available mid Dec – late March.

Reservations

Will your rooms allow rollaway beds/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?

We offer complimentary aero beds and pack and plays in most rooms. We also offer complimentary mattress toppers (should you find your mattress too firm), mattress boards (should you find your mattress too soft), refrigerators, microwaves, extra towels, extra coffee supplies, foot stools, high chairs and side rails for your child's bed. Any of these items can be requested at the Reception Desk.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

You need to contact the channel through which you made your reservation.

What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?

You must be 21 years of age with a valid ID to check in to the hotel.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee reservations. If a reservation is cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival, a fee of one night's room rate and tax will be charged to the credit card provided. In addition, guests who depart prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to a fee equal to one night's room rate and tax. During the Christmas Holiday, Martin Luther King and February holiday periods a 50% advance deposit is required at the time of booking and a thirty-day cancellation policy applies. If cancellations occur within thirty days of arrival, the 50% advance deposit will not be refunded.

What age do kids stay for free?

Children stay free in the same room with their parents (adhering to maximum occupancy for room type).

Do you have connecting rooms?

Yes, we have some connecting rooms at the hotel. You may make a request for connecting rooms; however, they are not guaranteed.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes, we have accessible rooms. Please contact the hotel reservations team at (800) 253-7302 to reserve an accessible room.

Do you have an early departure fee?

Yes, an early departure fee in an amount of one night's room and tax will apply.

Do you accommodate late check-out?

Yes, based on availability. Contact the Reception Desk for approval. Late check-out fees may apply.

Do the rooms have refrigerators and/or microwaves?

All rooms are equipped with refrigerators and some with microwaves. You can also request a complimentary microwave at the Reception Desk.

Do the guest rooms have irons/ironing boards? Hair Dryers?

Yes all our rooms have both of these amenities.

Do you have coffee available in the room?

All rooms have a Keurig coffee maker with Green Mountain Coffee pods.

Do all the guest rooms have bathtubs?

Most of our guest rooms have a bathtub. Two of our rooms have a shower stall only.

Amenities

Do you have a fitness center? What are the hours?

The Fitness Center in the health club is open from 5:00 am - 10:00 pm daily. Locker rooms are available for those guests using the health club including the outdoor pool and Jacuzzi.

Do you have a pool?

We have a year-round heated outdoor pool and inground spa. Open daily from 4:00pm - 9:00pm (winter) and 9:00am - 10:00pm (summer).

Do you have a spa? What are the hours?

The sauna and indoor Jacuzzi are open daily from 8:00 am - 10:00 pm.

What are the fire pit hours?

We have two fire pits in two locations at the Inn open nightly weather permitting  April - October.

Do you have massage services?

We offer massage services at Stowe Village Massage. Stowe Village Massage offers exceptional bodywork by certified, professional massage therapists. We have an expanded treatment menu, including therapeutic, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and couples massages, plus scrubs and wraps. Visit StoweVillageMassage for details or to book a massage.

Do you offer in-room massage?

We are unable to offer in-room massage.

Dining

What are the restaurants in the hotel?

We have two restaurants at the Inn.

The Whip Bar & Grill serving dinner, provides fine dining in a casual atmosphere. Featuring an extensive menu full of flavorful food prepared with Vermont food products and the freshest ingredients from Vermont local farmers. Fresh homemade breads and incredible desserts - including our famously decadent Sac de Bon Bon - add the finishing touches to a deliciously memorable meal.

18 Main offers our renowned hearty breakfasts, a traditional holiday dinner or a private event or gathering. There’s no better way to start the day than with our signature Country Breakfast Menu. Fresh muffins, pastries, and our own honey oatmeal bread, all baked on-site, await you along with all the fixings for your favorite breakfast entrée. 18 Main is located in the Main Inn and open daily 7:00 - 11:00am. Takeout is available. Grab and Go items are available by request.
